Warranty
We provide a 24 month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on all watches. This warranty does not cover the crystal, crown, pushers, straps or any changes that occur during use and not from manufacturing or assembly.
This warranty is considered void if you open the caseback or expose the watch to moisture beyond the watch’s water resistance rating.
Water resistance:
No matter what the water resistance of a watch is, it should never be worn in any hot tub, shower, sauna or steam room.
| Rating | Use |
|---|---|
| 3 ATM | Do not submerge in water. |
| 5 ATM | Splash resistant. Suitable for washing hands or light rain. |
| 10 ATM | Water sports. Suitable for swimming and surfing. |
| 30 ATM | Scuba diving. |
Note: Exposing leather straps to water will damage the straps.
Terms and Conditions of warranty:
- Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in the watch.
- Under the 24 month warranty, the item may be repaired, exchanged or returned for a full refund
- We reserve the right to repair or replace the watch.
- We will not accept a warranty claim if the watch has evidence of misuse.
